Welcome to FloxEarner. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FloxEarner website and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the FloxEarner website and all related services.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who creates an account or uses the Platform.
• "Activation Fee" refers to the one-time fee paid to activate a plan (Novice ₦750, Beginner ₦1,500, Pro ₦3,000, Pro-Max ₦5,000, Executive ₦11,000).
• "Wallet" refers to your account balance on the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" refers to transferring funds from your Wallet to your Nigerian bank account.

2. Eligibility

To use FloxEarner, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of Nigeria with a valid Nigerian bank account.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration.
• Maintain only one account per person.
• Not have been previously suspended or banned from the Platform.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all these requirements. We may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet these criteria, without refund.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Authentication method

FloxEarner uses phone-based authentication. You must provide a valid Nigerian phone number, a password (minimum 6 characters), a security question, and a security answer. We do not send SMS OTPs or require email verification. You are responsible for keeping your password and security answer confidential.

3.2 Account recovery

If you forget your password, you may reset it by answering your security question. We cannot recover your account if you forget both your password and your security answer. In that case, contact support — recovery may require identity verification.

3.3 Account security responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and security answer.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Ensuring the name on your account matches the name on your bank account — withdrawals will not be processed to accounts with mismatched names.

4. Activation Fees and Plans

4.1 Tier structure

FloxEarner offers 5 activation tiers. Each tier is a one-time payment that unlocks higher earning potential:

• Novice — ₦750: ₦20 daily login bonus
• Beginner — ₦1,500: ₦30 daily login bonus
• Pro — ₦3,000: ₦50 daily login bonus
• Pro-Max — ₦5,000: ₦80 daily login bonus
• Executive — ₦11,000: ₦120 daily login bonus

4.2 Payment processing

Activation fees are processed by Paystack via card, USSD, bank transfer, or mobile money. Your account is upgraded automatically once Paystack confirms the payment. If you pay but your account is not upgraded within 30 minutes, contact support with your payment reference.

4.3 Refund policy

Activation fees are non-refundable except where required by Nigerian law. By activating a plan, you acknowledge that the fee grants immediate access to earning features and that you have received the benefit of the plan. If you upgrade to a higher tier, the previous tier fee is not credited toward the new tier.

4.4 Plan changes

You may upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Downgrades are not supported. Tier features, prices, and bonuses may change with at least 30 days' notice. Existing activations retain their original terms unless required by law.

5. Earning Methods

5.1 Daily login bonus

Users with an active plan may claim one daily login bonus per calendar day. The bonus amount depends on your tier. Bonuses are credited to your Wallet immediately. You cannot claim multiple bonuses for the same day, and unclaimed bonuses do not roll over.

5.2 CPA tasks

FloxEarner displays tasks (app installs, surveys, sign-ups, ad views) provided by third-party CPA networks. When you complete a task, you earn 40% of the network payout for that task. Tasks under ₦500 are auto-approved on completion. Tasks ₦500 and above require manual review (up to 72 hours). We reserve the right to reject task completions that fail verification.

5.3 Referral program

You may refer new users by sharing your referral link or code. When someone you refer activates any plan, you earn a referral bonus based on their activated tier:

• Novice referral → ₦200 bonus
• Beginner referral → ₦400 bonus
• Pro referral → ₦800 bonus
• Pro-Max referral → ₦1,500 bonus
• Executive referral → ₦3,000 bonus

There is no limit on the number of referrals. Referral bonuses are credited to your Wallet immediately after the referred user's activation is verified. Self-referrals and referrals from the same IP address are flagged and may be reversed.

5.4 No earnings guarantee

FloxEarner does not guarantee any specific earnings. Your earnings depend on factors including your tier, your daily activity, task availability, and the number of successful referrals. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any earning method at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

6. Wallet and Withdrawals

6.1 Wallet balance

Your Wallet balance reflects earnings credited to your account. The balance is updated in real time as you earn and withdraw. Wallet balances do not earn interest.

6.2 Withdrawal rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ₦5,000
• Maximum withdrawal: ₦100,000 per request
• Withdrawal fee: 2% of the withdrawal amount, deducted from your Wallet
• Holding period: Withdrawals are unlocked 7 days after your first activation. You may continue earning during this period.
• Bank account verification: The name on your bank account must match your registered name. Flutterwave resolves the account name — mismatches will result in rejection and refund.

6.3 Processing time

Withdrawals are reviewed by our team within 48 hours of submission. Approved withdrawals are sent via Flutterwave transfer and typically arrive in your bank account within 24 hours. High-value withdrawals or withdrawals flagged for review may take longer.

6.4 Rejected withdrawals

Withdrawals may be rejected for reasons including: bank account name mismatch, suspected fraud, account under review, or invalid bank details. Rejected withdrawals are refunded to your Wallet (minus the fee, which covers processing costs) with a reason provided.

7. Anti-Fraud and Acceptable Use

7.1 Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• Create more than one account per person.
• Create accounts using fake phone numbers or names.
• Refer yourself, refer family members at the same address/IP, or use any automated system to farm referrals.
• Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to evade IP-based fraud detection.
• Complete tasks using automated tools, bots, or scripts.
• Submit fake task completion claims.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
• Transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account to another person.
• Use the Platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.

7.2 IP tracking

We track IP addresses at signup, login, activation, task completion, and withdrawal requests. We limit account creation to 3 per IP address. Referral patterns where the referrer and invitee share the same IP are flagged for review and may result in reversed referral bonuses.

7.3 Consequences of violations

Violations of these Terms may result in: suspension of specific features, reversal of fraudulent earnings, permanent account ban, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and reporting to Nigerian authorities where appropriate. We reserve the right to take these actions at our sole discretion, without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on FloxEarner, including the FloxEarner name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of FloxEarner and protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our written consent.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform. We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Earnings will reach any specific amount.
• Tasks will always be available.
• Withdrawals will process within a specific timeframe, except as stated in these Terms.
• Third-party CPA networks or payment processors will function without error.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloxEarner, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total activation fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FloxEarner, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for suspension or termination may include: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, inactivity for 12 months or more, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your Wallet balance (if any) will be paid to your verified bank account within 30 days, except where forfeiture is required due to fraud.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not absolve you of obligations incurred before closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will provide notice through the app or by other reasonable means at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FloxEarner regarding your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
